Hey Mae,
I know you're big on sticking it to the man and all, so I got you some spray cans to better express yourself around town. This stuff won't wash off easy, so be careful. Other than that, have fun painting the town red.

[As soon as Mae finds the gift and unwraps it she's... well. Kind of touched. Especially since she figured she screwed up that interaction by being kind of a stubborn butthole. She races into the lobby, catching a glimpse of her secret santa almost leaving.]
[You get a present from Husk! It's a book about horseracing! It includes sections about the basics of horseracing, some advanced tips, and a good chunk of it about the history of horseracing in this current version of hell. That's right, you get to read about demonic horses!]
[WHO THE HELL SAID HALOWEEN AND CHRISTMAS COULDN'T MIX?! OCHAKO SURE DOESN'T.
And, knowing Mae is super into Witches from her conversations with the adorable kitty cat, Ochako knew precisely what to get her feline friend!! So, after the hotel staff give Mae a ring to inform her of a delivery, she will be given a colorful gift bag with glittery tissue paper and the handles tied with curly, silky ribbon. Inside the bag is an impossibly soft and warm knit hat that has a very unique flair and cute little jingle-bell at the end as well as holes for Mae's ears. There's also a sleek, long, black box with a velvet interior which rests a custom made magic wand to accompany the hat!!
Last, but certainly not least, a box of very cute and very delicious witch hat cookies for Mae to snack on, and a cauldron mug and accompanying tea spoon. There's also a pack of matcha hot chocolate to complete the witchy brew!! And, a card that reads as follows:

Hahaha, I remember you really liking this sort of thing, so I kind of went all out on it. I hope you enjoy it!! The hat I did have to get custom made to fit your ears, but the tailor said it really wasn't that big of a deal - I hope it fits and can keep you warm while it's cold in Hell right now!! If it gets especially bad, let me know and I can make a scarf to match!! I know how to knit, but it does take me a while to do. Oh!! And with the wand, just be careful, okay?? The person who made it said it can double as a blunt force weapon...and the gem at the end is sharp enough to stab people.......
Maybe I shouldn't have gotten it....
But the goodies I made myself!! Aren't they super cute?! I found the recipe in a cookbook in Hell, and snapped a picture of it! Which...might have been wrong to do without buying the book, but it's fine!! It's the same as getting an online recipe, right?? Anyway, I hope you enjoy everything!! The matcha cocoa goes really well with the cookies, too, so don't skip out on having that with them!
This is all a lot for Mae. She's really touched by Ochako's gifts. Enough that she immediately puts on the hat and hugs the wand close to her chest. She's already delivered Ochako's gifts, but she'll have to make sure to especially thank her in person.
That's why...
That's why she feels very silly when her gifts cause her to tear up - and she feels even sillier when it causes her to break down and cry in her hotel room, hugging the gifts she got close to her. She doesn't understand why she's crying.
Maybe missing her friends. Maybe grateful for the people she's met.
Whatever it is, it's a lot of emotions she can't control right now.
